Our Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!
- Same day bookings CANNOT be booked online
- Deposits are not needed for booking UNLESS you have done a NO CALL NO SHOW on a prior appointment
- ALL clients must reach out via text, email, or social media directly after booking, any appointments not confirmed at least 24 hours before your appointment time will result in a cancellation and you will have to rebook
- Keep in mind all duration times are estimated so please do not book your hair appointment on a special day in hopes to be done before, for example, birthdays, holidays, graduation days, etc book at least a day before.
- There is a 20 minute grace period, after 20 mins you will be considered a walk in.
